Terms & Conditions

When Staying at Pine Tree Hollow Glamping

Arriving and Departing
Your cabin will be ready from 3.30pm on the day of your arrival. On arrival, you can make your own way over to your cabin and we will check in with you either by phone or face to face after your arrival. We would encourage you to familiarise yourself with these terms and conditions that you agreed to when booking.

On the day of your departure, we would ask that you vacate your cabin and the site by 11.30 am

Children
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult, particularly when interacting with animals or when in the vicinity of the fire pits and stoves. Access to areas bordering the site is not permitted (paddocks, river, farm). These areas are clearly indicated and it is the responsibility of the named adult on the booking to ensure that these are adhered to. Children must be supervised at all times in communal areas.

Pets
Up to 2 well behaved dogs per booking are welcome on our site. An additional cost of £10 per night is applicable at the time of booking (excludes assistant/ guide dogs- no charge). Dogs must not be left in the units unattended and must be kept on a lead at all times within the site due to the close proximity of our animals and other guests. Please bring your dogs bed, bowl and poop bags with you! A ground spike is provided at each unit.

Visitors
Visitors are welcome to visit during the day. Please be aware that car parking spaces are limited and Pine Tree Hollow Glamping guests have priority of these spaces.

The named adult on the booking is responsible for all of their visitors while on site.

Pine Tree Hollow Glamping will accept no responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to persons or property sustained on our premises (other than our strict legal liabiity).

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of the cabins or indoor communal areas within the site.

Fires
Stoves, fire pits and barbecues are provided at each unit. The stove gloves provided must be used at all times by a responsible adult when using these appliances. Disposable barbecues must only be used on top of the portable barbecues and NOT ON PICNIC BENCHES OR GRASS.

Car Parking
Car parking is provided on site a short distance from the cabins. The main gate on to the road should remain open at all times. For safety reasons, we ask that you give way to vehicles entering the site. Please ensure that the black railway gate remains closed at all times to ensure the safety of our guests.

Noise
Due to the proximity of other guests, noise restrictions apply between the hours of 11.00 pm and 8.00 am. Visitors to Pine Tree Hollow enjoy the peace and tranquility of the location therefore music is not permitted on the site at any time. 

Any person in breach of the noise restrictions will receive a warning in the first instance and upon any further breaches, they will be asked to leave without refund.

Damages/ Breakages
We accept that minor breakages/ damage are inevitable but we ask that you let us know so that any items can be replaced or repaired prior to the next guests arriving. We will only charge for replacements in exceptional circumstances.

Waste
We encourage guests to recycle as much waste as possible when staying at Pine Tree Hollow Glamping. Recycling bins and waste bins are located beside the toilet block. Paper and cardboard can be burnt on the fire pits and stoves, with care.

Security
All of our cabins are lockable but we would advise that no valuables are left within the cabins.

Pine Tree Hollow Glamping has the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
